New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal rejected the security offered by Delhi police to him on Friday.
Thanking the police, Kejriwal said in a letter: "God is my biggest PSO (personal security officer), kindly use services to provide security to aam aadmi (common man)".
It is obvious that the AAP leader is facing threat from many in the political circle after the party's stunning electoral debut in the Delhi Assembly election.
However, Delhi is hurtling fast towards President's Rule with Aam Admi Party, the second largest group in Delhi assembly with 28 seats, saying it will not form a government.
After a meeting of senior leaders, AAP leader Yogendra Yadav told the media earlier on the dy that when legislature party chairman Arvind Kejriwal meets Lt Governor Najeeb Jung on Saturday, he will tell him that the party does not have the majority and was not inclined to form a government.
